Ep. 46 – “Geoff Cougar Gavincamp”

It’s a brand new year and that means it’s time for a brand new Broad Street Breakdown.  The crew reconvenes after a holiday absence and there is no shortage of material for conversation. Stories abound as Vinnie, The OG, The Professor, and The Sicko recount tales from their time off, discussing everything from first boners to getting banned from restaurants. An immediate “Who’s Worse” gets thrown into the mix. And, as usual, when the BSB is away, people die. The crew reflects on the continuing curse of 2016 as they discuss Carrie Fisher and Debbie Reynolds, as well as George Michael’s departure. One recent loss really hits home, and the boys render a nice tribute to a recently fallen friend: the inimitable Dave Vision. A special surprise is waiting for the squad as they receive personalized gifts from an original Gimmick Ganger: Dynamite Kid. In Biz talk, Vinnie and the OG discuss Hall of Fame nominations and inductees and, among other stuff, Rhonda Rousey. The regular gimmicks are back for youse: word association, The Professor has another Cheapo Tip, the bloodbath that is “Dear Vin,” the mailbag and, of course, new recommendations for a new year. It’s the Broad Street Breakdown: We always hit first and call it self-defense…
